Register Your "Provider" Account

Start Here: dwul.io

      • Click the "Register" (green button) and select "Provider" (in red) to proceed

      • See the general step-by-step guide if you need assistance

      • If you experience any issues or errors, let us know ASAP (online form)

      • Our team will reach out to help you troubleshoot, activate, and set up your account.

1. Update your "Public Profile" (Recommended)

Log in: dwul.io

      • Update your public profile to build credibility and trust and allow people to contact you directly.

      • Click "Edit" from the dashboard.

      • Upload your logo/ photo (recommended for credibility)

      • Update organization, website, contact info (as much as you can)

      • Add "activity/ category tags" that are most relevant to you. What are "activity/ category tags"? They help people find you on DWUL

      • Add a short description about your organization/ yourself in 2-3 sentences or more.

      • If available, you can use the existing "About" information from your website/ social media to save you some time (copy/paste).

2. Create your first listing (ongoing)

DWUL Team will help you create the first listing based on your needs, so you can DO WHAT YOU LOVE. Our platform is not always perfect as a startup, but our personal support can be.


How to create a listing?

Option 1:

List a program directly - If your listing has the following requirements

      • Example: Community programs, afterschool programs, workshops, camps that are open to the public or private groups, etc.

      • Have a specific location, dates, start time/ end time, whether online or in-person (not an ongoing program/ consultation service/ membership subscription).

      • Have a set cost or free or charge (not a range of different prices and customized packages).

Create Listing - Go to the "Listing" section (left side) in your dashboard click "Add"

  • List your program information (fill out the form and ALL the fields if possible).

      • Optional: Enable registration at the top of the form to sell directly and use our universal registration/ admin service.

      • 10% + 30 cents / per registration for the "Free" plan, now only 6% + 30 cents for a 1-year "Pro" trial (you automatically get this offer when you register a new provider account).

      • Or "turn off" to enable external registration/ sign up by adding the URL link to your own registration information in the "URL" section (shows on the form when you turn off the registration).


Option 2:

Send us your info - If your listing does not fit the above requirements

      • Example: Recurring services, membership subscriptions, child care, social services, etc.

      • Ongoing programs/ services without specific registration, dates, start time and end time

      • Have a range of different pricing and packages available.

      • Usually requires appointment/ consultations/ private bookings first.

      • Get in touch with us using this form, and our team will reach out directly via email to get all the relevant information, and flyers/ brochures directly.

      • We will create your first listing from our end. You will see the listing in your Provider account and can update anytime or create new listings.

3. Join our marketing campaign


DWUL is launching a new public awareness, online marketing, and social media campaign.

"Why do you love what you do?" #DWUL


It's easy. All we are asking:


Step 1: Add your "Why" to your Provider Profile on DWUL

In the description section of your "Provider" account dashboard, in 2-3 sentences, tell us "Why do you love what you do" or your "why and purpose"! Here is an example.


Step 2: Participate in our marketing campaign for more free exposure

Submit a simple 30-60 second video/ or an Email submission to answer the 2-questions below:

      • Who are you & what do you do?

      • Why do you love what you do?

      • Testimonies - Feel free to include the benefits for children, whether you watched them flourish under your care or received this feedback from their parents or kids.

      • Phone camera and webcam video quality are accepted!

      • If you cannot submit a video, we will take email responses


We use your video/ response to:

  • Promote your organization and DWUL listing(s) on our social media channels (customized posts)

  • Promote your listing in our community newsletters (3K+ subscribers)

  • Include your info in relevant online marketing campaigns and SEO

  • Add credibility to your "provider profile" page (verified badge in the future)

  • You can also use it for your website and social media marketing


We want to promote all the unique stories, programs, and providers we work with and share your "why" and passion with more families and kids. Also, to help introduce you to our community.
